Hi there @vyarb79.. There are various ways to do this. Some require access to web page files (like .htaccess) that Square does not currently give us permission to modify. And, even if Square did allow access to them, I wouldn't recommend those methods since they require some HTML knowledge and involve changing files that could disable your site if not done exactly correctly.
The one I would recommend involves a third-party service called CloudFlare. You can create a CloudFlare account for your website, the configure its serveces to monitor and block access from any countries you wish to. Keep in mind that there will probably come with a cost (monthly) since CloudFlares servers have to constantly monitor your web traffic.
Here's a link to a general general article about blocking countries. It is worth reading because it outlines the general principles involved as well as lists pros and cons for even doing this. In most cases it's not worth the effort, and I can not think of many good reasons to even care about this. But I guess you are in the category of needing to do so.
Also, here's a link to an article that gives. you the steps for setting this up in your CloudFlare account. I will mention that I am not an expert in this so I will not be able to assist you if you run into issues as you are setting this up. I would recommend going to CloudFlare's customer assistance folks in that case because they will be best positioned to help.
