I'm having this same issue. Checked under all categories, under every item and the item I deleted is still showing up online. It's been months since I deleted it, so I've definitely waited long enough. When contacting support, they just told me how to delete an item which I obviously already did.

I would like to take a closer look at this for you. Can you share the link to your website and a link to the item you have already deleted from your Square inventory that still appears on your Square Online site?
As soon as I have that I will investigate this for you.
