Is there a way to make a variable discount key?

I am having a sale and there are multiple points of discounts.  Is ther a way to make one key a variable discount.  Do I make individual keys with the specific discounts?  and how do I do this?

Using Square Point of sale you can create a discount code that allows you to enter the $amount or % you want at the time of sale.  You can also set multiple discounts at a set $amount or %.

Log into your Square Dashboard, got to Items, then select Discounts at the top right. "Create Discount".   Enter name of the Discount.  If you want to set the discount enter it if you want a variable discount leave it blank.  Set the other options based on your needs.
