Is there a way to combine accounts to get better processing fees since owned by the same company

I have two businesses but one is owned by the other.  They are two separate locations so I have two separate systems.  I know in order to get special pricing on processing you need to have credit card sales in excess of 250k and orders avergaging over $15.  I qualify for this if the two businesses (again one is the owner of the other) are combined.  How can I get better processing rates?

Good luck getting a hold of Sales. I also qualify and have filled that form out twice now and crickets.
