Is there a way to add a file upload option for online items?

Is there a way to add a file upload option for online items? We are a trophy/awards/engraving shop that does a lot of custom work. It would be super helpful if there was a way customers could upload logo/names/pictures when ordering an item online.

I see what you are trying to do here! The Square Online Store does not have a way to allow your customers to upload files, this is a feature request at the moment.

Just curious to know if the upload feature is actually in the works or not. There are other platforms that allow for the upload feature so I'm just curious to know what it would take to get this request expedited.

I don't have a timeline on when this will be available but I would encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
