We have recently ended a 3 month long show, and are preparing to ship several items that have a value of >1K through Square using our Square-UPS account.
When we attempt to print a shipping label, we are seeing a message that directs us to use a different UPS account for the items that are valued over 1K.
Anyone know why this is happening, or if there is a way around this?
There isn’t a limit on the item price itself, but it sounds like there may be some kind of limit here, @cedarcreek. When you have a moment, could you please try logging into your Shippo account directly to see if you're able to make a label there?
