So the further the delivery address is from the store ,the more the customer has to pay.

At the moment it's not possible to change the delivery fee based on the customer's location. It's a great suggestion, and one I'll pass to our eCommerce team as a feature request. We're working on building out new features in Online Store to better help with things like delivery and pickup, hopefully it's one we'll be able to build in the future!
