We would like to limit the number of event tickets that can be purchased by a customer. From what I can see, limiting quantities of items purchased is only possible for physical items. Is that correct? If so, this feature should be available for both types of items. It really doesn't make sense to only have that option for physical items. We have Square Online Plus.
@RC1789 Welcome to the community, You are correct, Event tickets, services, and digital products don’t have inventory in the same sense, so the purchase limit wasn’t built in.
