

i have 3 active coupons so I’m not understanding. I made one last night with no issue, all I wanted to do was change the coupon code name, and now it’s saying I don’t have any at all.

I just took a look and I was able to see a few coupons you have in your system.
Could you please follow these steps to see if you can see them on your side?:
Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Customers.
Select Marketing, then select Coupons.
Here all of your Coupons should be listed.
Were you able to find your coupons here? Please let me know, and if you are still having issues, I can take another look!

I'm having the same issue. Coupon has been created. Browser has been closed and re-opened. Still the pop-up for "Collect email subscribers with coupon" says I haven't created any coupons and says go to store. So I go to store, there's the coupon, but still not able to connect it with the pop up
Have also tried to 'download QR code' from the coupon - DOESN'T WORK
Also, copy link - DOESN'T WORK
