Is everyone still having problems in the Square Online Edit Website function?

I'm still unable to adjust the items listed under Categories in the Edit Website function of Square Online. Customer Support told me last week they'd send this to their engineers, but in the meantime, I'm unable to adjust the order of items on my Square site.

Anyone have any workarounds? It's pretty frustrating to have my items in random order and not according to price.

HI, hopefully this will help.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, click Page: Home down arrow, select Shop All, select Item List, select Arrange & Add Items, Arrangement down arrow, select how you wish your items to appear, back arrow, Done.

Thanks for this! Sadly, it doesn't help. I have the items arranged into Categories and there's currently an issue accessing the items within the category to then arrange them.

HI, you can also access the Categories on the Online Dashboard.

Online Dashboard, Items, Site Categories, select your Category, Edit Category, pull & drag your items by clicking on the vertical dots, Save.
