Hi @White_Petal !

Are you still having this issue? My advice would be to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If this issue persists after clearing your cache and cookies, please attach a screenshot of what you are seeing so I can assist with troubleshooting further. I have provided instructions for how to clear cache for Chrome and Safari below.

To clear your cache and cookies in Google Chrome, you can do the following:

    1. Open Chrome
    2. Click the More button in the top right corner
    3. Select Clear browsing data
    4. Choose a time range, such as All time or Last hour
    5. Select the items you want to clear, such as Cached images and files and Cookies
    6. Click Clear data
  • Close and restart your browser to see the changes
To clear your cache and cookies in Safari on an iPhone or iPad, you can do the following:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Apps
  3. Tap Safari
  4. Tap Clear History and Website Data
To clear your cache and cookies in Safari on a Mac, you can do the following:

  • Open the Safari app
  • Select Safari > Settings
  • Click Privacy
  • Click Manage Website Data
  • Select one or more websites
  • Click Remove or Remove All
