Is On-demand Delivery not available in Canada?

I'm following the instructions on this page but my screens look different and the option they are showing isn't available.  I want to set up online delivery via DoorDash but I can't get the option to show up.  Any ideas?

You should have the option for this, and it looks like you have the correct support article. Can you post a screenshot of the On-Demand Delivery page on the Square Online dashboard so we can take a look?

I spoke to support and it appears this is a bug - they didn't tell me much more about it.  If it is only my account, if it is all of Canada, if it is something in my specific integration with DoorDash.  So basically I have no idea if there is anything I can do to remedy it.  The problem seems to be that I'm using an older version of the UI, a 2 year old version to be precise.

Oh no! I'll see if I can get some more details about the bug for you. Can you clarify what you mean by "older version of the UI"? Did they mention anything about updating the software?

I have no idea if it is actually an "older version" all I know is that my screenshot looks nothing like all the instructions and videos showing how to enable on-demand delivery.  I can only assume it is because I'm seeing an older version that for some reason hasn't been pushed the newest options. Whether that is because I'm in Canada on the Canadian servers or what I have no idea.  They said nothing, literally nothing, I got a message that said "this is a bug, know that we cannot say if or when this bug will ever be fixed".  I'm looking to alternatives to Square at this point.

I think we have updated a few of the pages, but I just checked your account and they look similar to mine. Can you confirm if you see the following when you click on Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery? Do you see the On Demand Delivery section?
