I'm trying to take a look at the Postmate Delivery options in the Online Settings but it does not load.
Online -> Settings -> Pickup & Delivery -> Edit Delivery Settings
At the top of the screen under 'How will you delivery orders to customers?', there is a spinning circle that doesn't stop loading. This is where I should be able to switch between delivering my own orders or having Postmate deliver. Note, I don't want to turn on Postmates yet. I just wanted to checkout the options available to me.
Is there a global issue?

I haven't heard about any other sellers experiencing this issue. It looks frustrating though.
What browser are you using? Is this on a computer or iPad/Tablet?

I've been having a big problem with connecting our Postmates menu with our Square POS/Online.
I've reached out to both square and postmates and no one has followed up. The inventory isn't being pulled correctly neither is the product listing i.e. size or price

They weren't able to provide me with anything, because they said it was a square issue. Having Square as the POS and the point of where customers can order is on Square apparently to fix.
I have connected and disconnected the menu and app multiple times
Ah I see! I want to recommend reaching out to our CS Team directly.
Especially since you've contacted Postmates already. They will be able to dig a little deeper and file a ticket with our engineers too.
Already did that and they said to come here----its just a joke with the circular behavior
