Clients are able to sign up for a free consultation call through my website (Squarespace). However, it sends them a generic email for confirmation. I am wanting to personalize this and have it automated in place of the confirmation.
I have tried to personalize it through the communications section, but it sends an email to any appointment I make (new clients or existing).
I have also tried the Marketing part, creating a welcome email, but it is not integrating on my website (the website is squarespace, but when they book appointments it is through Squareup). Has anyone had any luck with either of these or advice on how I could set something like this up? Thank you!

Have you looked through the options directly with Squarespace to see if they offer any customizable communications like the Online Store does?
If you can't find the direct answer, their support team might have some insight.
You do have the option to send emails whenever they book since you're using our Appointments platform.
Go to your Dashboard > Appointments > Communications > Scroll down to "Email Notification Customization". It will look something like the screenshot below.

Now these emails will trigger when a customer is booking an appointment, not signing up through your website.
