Inputting Item Weight

I'm working on inputting the weight for all my items so that I can transition to real time shipping calculations.  If I have an item that is 0.31 fl oz, how do I input that into square.  It looks like the only option is pounds.  Thanks.

Hey @JUYBoutique20 Jacqueline,

You can use a fluid ounce by an item when selcting the "unit" in the item price key creation.  This works well for inventory tracking purposes...but...for shipping isn't everything sent by weight?

I have never seen UPS or FEDEX ask me for the liquid volume of something I'm shipping which is why I'm asking.

Thanks...I think I'm just overthinking the whole process.  When I enter each of my items in square in order for real time shipping to be calculated, each item must have a weight attached to it.  I didn't weigh the example above on the scale, I literally took the weight from the bottle instead.  I got confused because I was thinking I would have to round anything under a pound up to that because I only saw the pound option listed.
