I’ve been waiting for their response for a week now. I tried adding replies to their list of questions to get their attention faster, but it didn’t work. I even called support, and all they told me was “just wait, everything will be fine”, but since I updated my information, the review process got delayed by another 3 business days.
This whole situation is really strange. Over the phone, support could see my responses and even read them back to me, yet I still haven’t received an actual reply. It’s been 24 hours since the call, and still nothing.
As for the timelines they provide—forget about them:
🔹In their email: “We will review your request within 2 business days”
🔹In my account under Information Request: “2-3 business days”
🔹In reality: 7+ days of waiting and complete silence
At this point, all we can do is wait and hope that this isn’t just some ridiculous form of ignoring us.
