Hey Abril1994,

Always a great question but, there's no golden answer - there's so many things to consider like:  your location (are you a destination or grouped with other businesses), parking, accessibility (street level, stairs, etc.), type of products you sell (general retail or unique one of a kind), do you deliver or offer pickup, pet friendly, etc.  Depending on your situation, can you team up with another business, perhaps share some local advertising costs and/or promotions.  Special sales can help or special shopping hours, setting up a rewards program and/or offering gift certificates.  Business cards, flyers or email announcements can help.  And there's the social media sites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Flicker, Vimeo, YouTube, Google Maps & Google Places for Business.  Having a physical store and website can all be tied together via these various social media sites and could help both your store and website.  Word of mouth is your best promoter - spread the word via family, friends and customers.  Making videos about your business highlighting your products or showing what your shop looks like (virtual tours).  And there's also blogging.  These are all generic suggestions of course but, should give you some ideas as to what may work for your needs.

I would love to give you some ideas - can you share what your business is and what you sell?

I really like Social Media for driving traffic- are you going live on Facebook, Instagram and/or TikTok (which social media site you focus on will depend largely on your demographic. The more involved we are on social the more our sales increase. Getting links to stories in Insta was a game changer for us (I think you need 10k followers- we basically designed our Instagram strategy around this goal).

Another great suggestion is GaryVee's $1.80 social media strategy which is all about engaging in content across 10 of your business' niche hashtags on social media by leaving your 2cents... more info here: https://trendjackers.com/what-is-garyvees-1-80-instagram-strategy/
