Include a webpage link on a receipt when a specific item is purchased

I am planning a webinar, and I want my customers to receive a link to a webpage (which contains information like the zoom link, supporting media etc) when they make the purchase.  I don't see a way to do this.  I feel like I must be missing something.  I would think the payment receipt could be customized to provide text specific to the purchase, but am I wrong?  Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this up! I agree—it would be great to have both a Zoom link and a web link on your receipt. Unfortunately, there isn’t a workaround for this at the moment. We encourage you to share your feedback on our Ideate Board. If there’s anything else you need, feel free to let me know!

This is an old thread, but I'm having the same problem again.  Online event, with a URL for the location, but that location doesn't show up in the emailed receipt.  Any suggestions?  I can't spend another hour on with tech support telling me I'm crazy...

Actually I think I have an idea - there is an "event location" field into which I put the zoom link.  But if i just put the webpage link instead, that probably accomplishes it.  It would be nice if I could provide both the zoom link AND the webpage link somehow, so I'm still curious if anyone has a way to do that.  Thanks!

So, dredging up this old topic... I DID put the URL into the 'event location' field, and my customers DID get the URL in their purchase receipt.  Worked like a charm.  BUT... now I've replicated the item, for the next webinar at a later date.  Duplicated it as best I could, down to the last detail.  But NOW, with the new item (AND THE OLD ITEM!!) when the purchase is made, that "location" line that was in the original receipt is NOT in the new receipt!  I'm at wits and, and I've been on with tech support for an hour as they tell me that I'm crazy and it never did work.  Can anyone suggest why that location line would no longer appear on the receipt?  Images attached show the before and the after - I know they show different amounts but I've seen 50+ of the old receipts and they all do work.  Screenshot 2025-02-14 092900.pngScreenshot 2025-02-14 092921.png
