Images added to variation are out of order on website

Two issues with images at the variation level.

1. I've added two images, one is marked as "Primary". For some variations, the second image shows up first. I' ve tried multiple ways to resolve this, including deleting the item and all associated variations, but it keeps recurring.

2.  Even after deleting all the images from Square for Retail, they still persist on the website. I've done the usual troubleshooting (restart browser, Control-F5 refresh) and the images are still on the website even though they are not in Square.

When making changes, like removing photos or changing the order, you have to give SEVERAL minutes for the changes to be seen. It is not instant.

Sometimes 10 mins or more.

Try making the changes and waiting. It is a bit finicky with variation images, I go through silly stuff too. When adding variant images, add them directly to the variants and not the main listing gallery.
