I was not able to get verified

I got verified in my old email, but deactivated that account because when I first opened it, I started as a Sole Prop by mistake and was told to create another account so I could switch t as a LLC. When As I was redoing the processes, but used a different email, I was not able to get verified and am now unable to accept card payments using Square. It was very frustrating how I'm no longer able to get verified when I was the first time. Is there really nothing that can be done? What does at this time mean?

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get verified. I have even verified all of my information with the IRS. All I am getting from Square payroll is that they will send an email to the accounting department and then that department will send me an email of what to do. I was on the phone with them literally all day Thursday and no one can tell me why this has happened.
