Can I get the POS to make a auditable alert when a online order comes in?

order alerts are handled at the Operating System level, and it’s definitely possible to get an alert tone. 

I don’t have an android device, but its wherever notifications are set. 

For iOS, head to Settings -> Notifications then scroll through the app list until you see Square. Tap on that. Make sure Allow Notifications is enabled, then make sure sounds are enabled as well. Bonus: if you’re afraid of missing online order alerts in loud environments, change the banner style to persistent. That way the alert will stay on your screen until you dismiss it.
