I'm not getting notification of item sold online or customers address

Hello. I've set up my store and now I'm testing it. I have found I'm not getting any notification of an item has sold and the customers address, both are super important. any advise?

The first place I'd check here is your junk mail folder - sometimes our emails will be filtered here, if that's the case you can set up rules via your email providers to ensure they all reach you.
