I keep getting messages stating my site is "Unable to connect with your Meta for Business account""

I am continuously getting the same message saying: Unable to connect with your Meta for Business Account. But when I click on the "Manage channel" blue button, it doesn't take me anywhere and it's an ERROR.

How do I fix this please?

Hi @Karinda!

Sorry to hear you're running into that error when trying to connect your Meta for Business Account.

Have you had a chance to follow the Connect Meta for Business setup steps? This can help rule out any initial configuration issues.

There are a couple of potential reasons for the error:

1. Browser data issue – Sometimes, stored data in your browser can interfere with the connection. Try clearing your cache and browsing history for the last 24 hours, then open a new browser window, sign in again, and repeat the steps to connect your account.

2. Incognito mode – If the issue persists, try using an incognito or private browsing window to complete the setup. This can help bypass stored data or conflicting extensions.

If you’re still seeing the same error after trying the above, I’d recommend reaching out to the Meta Business Help Center for further support. They may be able to identify if something on their end is affecting your account connection.

Let us know how you go!
