I purchased my domain and Google Workspace from Weebly. Storage has exceeded Google Workspace storage of 30GB, to the point where our Workspace account starts receiving warnings, and we have no way to manage our Google Drive, Google Photos, and Gmail to increase the storage. I need help, please

If you’ve reached your Google Workspace storage limit, we typically recommend transferring your account from Square back to Google. This will give you full access to the Google Admin Console, making it much easier to manage your storage and upgrade your plan if needed.

Thank you for your reply. I have sent an email to support for 2 days and have received no reply so far!
I'm very concerned about my email account and Google Drive, which includes 10 years old business documents and files, and email communications, and I can't afford to lose them!
Do you recommend another way to help me overcome this problem, please?
