There is stock indicated in the item descriptions and the item list, but when I preview, both items say "out of stock." Help!
Did you create the items in Square or Square Online? There can be a syncing delay sometimes if you create it in Square dashboard and then edit it in Square Online.
If it's still showing you the preview with Out of Stock, grab some screen shots. There could be an issue that support should know about!
Hey @MOCOHO - if you go to the item list in your online dashboard, select the items that show as out of stock then 'bulk edit' (top right of the screen) & set the visibility to visible:
It's a bit of a quirk that when something is created in the Square side doesn't quite poll over to the online side.
I always create new items in the online side dashboard & this works really well 👍🏻
