I have questions about the amount recived in total sales and the amount deposited

I am trying to speak to a representative but I'm asked for a customer code.  I have no customer code and don't know how to get one.

I have a question on the amount of sales collected and the deductions from Square.  If I calculate the % fee, it doesn't come up to the amount deducted by Square.

When you're logging through this support link and enter in your login information, it will ask you how you want to get in touch with support and once you select that it should provide the code. In the meantime, I will message you your customer code. You will need to speak with support about your sales report question. I did just that but when I clicked how I want to get in touch with support by phone, it just gave me the phone number.  Anyway, thanks for your private message with my customer code.  It worked!
