I have a Canada business and need to add US locations

I have a Canada-based business and when I try to add cities in the US, it does not allow it. Only gives me Canadian provinces. Does anyone know how to change this?

This will require a US Square account if you are going to process for physical sales in the US, or vice versa.  International sales gets a bit more difficult as Square has specific contracts with the Credit card companies and processors depending on the region which is enforced with GPS location data.
