I desperately need help with the syncing of my dashboard items to my website.

I have been having a huge issue with any items I add or updates I make to my items not syncing over to the website. I have triple checked everything from the location, visibility to the channels. I have items that we no longer have in stock still selling from the website because it's not syncing. Monday we have a huge launch for the Christmas season and I even put the items to be available last week just to see if it would show on the website and nothing shows up. This has began to affect my business with not being consistent for our customers. Im at a serious loss for words at this point. Monday I called and spoke with customer service and she told me to make sure I am creating the items on a desktop in the dashboard and to wait a couple of hours for it to sync and even sent me an email to respond to her if it doesn't work, I emailed her twice with no response. Yesterday I called customer service again they created a ticket for me stating that there is a "bug" in my account that is keeping my items from syncing. He said they will be working on it but with no eta for a fix. I have never had this problem before but I can't keep having these issues. Has anyone else dealt with this?

I have also had this same problem. I've contacted customer service four times. Each time they tell me they will fix the items I'm having problems with. Sometimes their changes take, sometimes they don't. But I also need the ability to add and remove items from my store without going through customer service every time.

Has anyone found a solution to fix this issue?  Mine started in November and I have spent countless hours on the phone with them, they say they are working on it but I never hear anything back and its still not working.

I never got a resolution to the issue. I ended up signing up for the TryPerDiem which makes you an app for your business  and whenever I put new items or update items in my library, it syncs over to the app without any issues. We will be taking our website down and moving completely over to the apo cause we still have issues with the website. Weebly is who square uses but they announced recently that they have no support for weebly itself because they are closing down.

Thank you so much for that information.  I did move my online from the $80 a month to the $32 a month until I can figure out what to do.
