I only see one option also (Monthly). I'm assuming this is a Payment Link and lately, I've encountered some odd things with these links however, you need someone who has the ability to look at what you have setup. You may want to contact Tech or Customer Support as those people can do that - the Volunteer Community Members cannot.

As @JK_Fiber_Art mentioned, community members and moderators don't have access to see your account settings here, unfortunately. However, if you haven't already contacted our support team I can share some settings to check that may be the root cause here.
Can you check your Subscriptions Dashboard and confirm that both the Monthly & Annual subscription plans are active? It sounds like one may not be.
