I couldnt get my square reader to work today, had to download the new software an reinstall it. 

i havent used my onlien sotr ein ages but i cannot even log into it now through the website.

I can see on my end that you have 2 Square Accounts. One that was created several months ago and another one created recently. I recommend attempting to log in with any other email addresses that you may have used in the past.
