I cannot find my website on my account

I am logged into my account and cannot find my website it is still posted online but I am needing to edit it and its gone

Hi there @Saranac 👋

 

I do see that website associated with your Seller Community profile, which means the same email address you use to log in here in the Community, you can use to log in to Square to edit your website. 

 

Are you getting an error message when you select Online from your Square dashboard? 

Would you be able to send a screenshot of the error message or your Square Online overview page?

 

If you continue to run into issues, it might be best to reach out to our direct support team, as they have access to your account details and can help ensure you are logged in to the correct account.

Hi Lizeemc,

 

Are you logging into Weebly or Square ?   Providing more details would be helpful for other volunteer Community Members.  According to Square's System Status site, there's been no issues reported for the last couple of days.  As for Weebly, can't say.

I called and they said that my domain isn’t registered under my email so I’m guessing I typed in the wrong email

I'm having the same issue. Everything was fine this morning. This afternoon, I logged into my dashboard, clicked "Online", and it brings me to a sales page to start a site. I have a site, but can no longer access it. . . .

I’m not getting any error message it’s just when I login my website is not on my account and it takes me through the steps of creating a website but mine is not on there

Hello! I'm having the same problem. It's been a long while since I logged on to my account. When I logged on, I was required to connect my site to a Square account. I did this and then went back to Weebly. My my old website (that badly needs updating) is no longer assessable, though I can still see the out of date site online. What steps do I need to take to correct this issue? Here's the site that needs updating: https://spencersutterfield.weebly.com/
