For the last week or so I haven't been able to view our online store. I go to "Online" and then under "View my current website" it lists our store. I click on that and the page just keeps reloading. I've tried restarting my computer, clearing my cache, using different browsers and even a different computer in our house and tried logging in on my phone. Is this a glitch or do I need to access our store some other way now?

Just to confirm, are you going to Square Dashboard > Online? I know you've tried multiple browsers, but can you try again with Google Chrome?

Yes, I just tried again in Chrome. I go to my Dashboard > Online. There is says "View my current site" and I click on our site name. The page just re-loads (for several days now). I even tried on a different computer (to see if it was something wrong with my computer) and it did the same thing.

I went ahead and took a look at your account, and I think what's happening here is you used to have the legacy version of our Square Online Store, but now we're trying to migrate you over our new updated version powered by Weebly. I don't think the design and activation of your site is ready yet.
You should see this when you click Square Online:

Yes, I can see that. So we're being forced to migrate then? We've used that site for years and have a sale coming up in a couple of weeks, so I'm panicking a bit. Will all the items with their photos and descriptions carry over?
