I can't claim the store

Hello everyone.

I am Mustafa from Egypt and this is my first experience on the Square platform.

I created an account with the aim of building an online store to sell technical products such as computer accessories, digital products and maintenance services.

But when I click on the "Claim your online store" button, I am redirected to the "weebly" website, and then it displays the following message:
"You are currently trying to access a beta that is not available in your country or with a currency that is not supported."

Is there a solution to this problem?

Thank you very much.

Solution

Square currently is available in the US, Canada, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, France and Spain.  Square currently does not support payment card processing outside of these countries or in the UK territories such as Islands of Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territory British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands or Gibraltar.   Unfortunately there's not a solution for Egypt.  One would have to setup their business in one of the currently supported countries.

Thank you for this clarification.

In your opinion, will the platform expand and reach Egypt, or is this unlikely?

I don't really know - it's difficult for services such as Square to do because of rules and regulations in place by a country and each country is unique.  There's also a currency conversion, language and support challenges to deal with.  I'm sure you can find something that will work for you.
