This has to be a bug.
Typically when we would add an item to our dashboard within a few minutes it would be on our site. Now that's not the case. Even when I edit the item using the "Edit in Square Online" when I refresh the page under Online Items and search it's not there. And it's not on the website.
We also activated a location for preorders for an event and it took over an hour for the location to update with the items.
Anybody know what's going on?
