It seems to be a problem with the G Suite Email that I paid for for using my Square domain. It doesn't seem to recognize me as an admin of the G Suite email even though I am so it won't allow me to log in.
Hey @mandarinhelp,
I moved your post to an existing thread where another seller had asked how to verify their G-Suite account.
Check out the Best Answer link and let me know if that does the trick!
Cant you just answer the question?
So today I signed up for the G-suite stuff through the square dashboard so that I could change from my gmail.com email to a domain email. However I have no access to the g-suite email that I created. All the dashboard shows is "This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts."
When I click to go to the inbox it takes to me sign into the new email, but when I try to log in it says "Your account has not been verified. Ask your Google Workspace administrator to verify the domain associated with your account. Find your administrator" I'm the admin, there's no one else in my company but me.
When I go to try and create a g-suite account using my domain, I get an error that says "This domain has been registered and is in the process of ownership verification. If you believe this registration was unauthorized, see our Signup Troubleshooter to help guide in troubleshooting this issue."
The solve for this is resetting the admin password, however I can't reset the admin password because of the error that I get when I try to log into my domain email. It's an endless circle that I can't seem to get out of. I double checked my domain MX Records and everything is set for google. I genuinely have no clue how to fix this and it's driving me insane
HI, need a bit more information to hopefully help, did you have your domain already? or did you just sign up for the domain and created your G-Suite account at the same time? Is you domain with Square or with a domain provider? Are you on the free plan or paid plan?

Hey @RNAbrahamson and welcome to the Community!
I moved your post to an existing thread that addresses this. Check out the link in the Best Answer if you haven't already to see if that helps!
You said this issue has been resolved in an existing thread but I did not see a link. I am having the same issue and all week I’ve been going in circles finding no solution. My domain was purchased through square or weebler and following the sign up and paying for the domain it asks you if you would like to set up and account. So of course I moved forward with it without realizing you need to verify the domain first. This is a crucial step and probably should of been specified during set up so users do not have this issue. Could you point me in the right direction for this solution?
Could you tell everyone else where that thread is?
I have ownership of my website. but now that I created this professional email, my domain connot be verified. I don't know where to find TXT record or
please help!
Thanks!
I paid for my domain and keep getting notices I need to verify it but cannot find the location to resend a verification email to me

I followed the prompts on the set-up page, select the 3 dots next to inbox on domain page for Admin Console.
https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7038-create-an-email-address
The directions tell me to follow the links, but the only thing that pops up is to login and it says “Your account has not been verified. Ask your Google Workspace administrator to verify the domain associated with your account.” I am the administrator and I created my domain and account through square, so how do I get this account verified? I cannot find any contact info for help. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @HoneycombHTX,
You were in the correct thread before. Check out the link in the Best Answer on the first page that goes over how to verify it with Google.
I finally realized it was in the top post. But it still does not work and keeps me going in a continuous loop. Checking my domain page then going to admin console to sign in but the same errors pops up saying I need to have my Administrator activate my account. I cannot sign in at All, my domain was verified through my original email. I do not know what else to do.
Your next best bet is going to be reaching out to our E-Comm CS team directly.
You can reach them here for phone support Monday-Friday 6am-6pm PST and they can take a closer look with you into your account since we can't here from the Community.
I seem to be having the exact same issue as HoneycombHTX. Is there a known fix for this problem yet? I've reached out to square directly because this was such a time suck trying to figure it out on my own. This has been beyond frustrating to deal with. Endless loop of confusion and none of the "fixes" working. I've now verified my business with Google twice just to get the same domain errors as before.
I'm having the same problem too. I'm really sad because I so wanted to use this 😔
It took a couple days for support to get back to me, but they had to do something on their end before I was able to set up a domain email. Definitely recommend reaching out! It's possible this is some sort of bug that hasn't been addressed yet.
I created a G-Suite account and from weebly dashboard it says "G Suite account is currently being configured". When click into the inbox I am not receiving any emails. I tried sending 3 test emails from my personal email but am not getting them to the domain email. Am I missing something?
