How to set up the navigation link to service of specific category

I have nail and lash services in my beauty salon. I have tried to set up a navigation links which divide into 2 different pages for different services. But even I select the specific category in "edit navigation link". It still shows all services (nail and lash) in the same page. I have already put services in different categories. How can I fix this problem?
