Hey my Square Fam!!!! I ship detailing supplies and id like to to find a way to charge the client for extra insurance or not, this is something goshippo offers on my end but Id like the client to be able to select yes or no. I was purchasing from a shopify site recently and they had a "buy insurance for XYZ" button on the user end...
Anyone with any insight??? Thank you!!!

While there isn't a feature to add on shipping insurance cost in Square Online Store, you can connect Shippo to Square Online to quickly and easily to take advantage of the feature you mentioned that they offer. You can find further details and set up the integration here in the App Marketplace.

Hey there - go shippo doesn't all that on their end apparently..only with another online store site. 😥,,
You can set up shipment insurance by adding an optional checkbox or add-on at checkout, similar to how Shopify does it. This lets customers choose whether they want extra coverage. Just like car insurance, giving clients the option adds peace of mind and flexibility while protecting both sides if something goes wrong in transit.
