How to remove address input at checkout?

How to remove the address option at checkout? All the settings I've found dotted around the dashboard are saved as don't ask for address, yet the check out form still includes it. I'll be honest, the UX for the dashboard it not super obvious, and I'm doing a LOT of clicking around randomly to find certain areas.

Things to note:

- (I believe) our items are set up as events, and are non-physical.
- We're still getting fulfilment options like pick up and delivery (even when non-physical) – however they're turned off as well
- Customer Inputs > Collect recipient address - is turned off.

Can someone please suggest some other solutions to help us remove it?

The address function is annoying our customers, who just want to scan a QR code, buy a ticket and enter the event.

Thank you in advance!

Hi, @ozidrums ! Welcome to the Square Community!

To answer your question, Square Online sites are asking for an address at checkout because Square Online pulls all non-physical item data from the shipping location and treats it as a shipping order which requires an address at checkout.

The options in the checkout settings for not collecting a buyer address for non-physical items seems to be outdated and our product team is working to make this actually be relevant for the checkout process.

I'm so sorry about this frustration, but I wanted to provide you with a clear answer and some context.

I hope this helps.
