How to remove a discount code from showing on the item

I am also having this issue redid and republished site again and again. cleared cache as well. i only have one discount code and that one is working just fine but i have another code i deleted completely and its still showing on my webpage for the cover minders that there is a sale on them and that code no longer exists nor does it work on the web page its just showing its there

The code has been deleted for over a week. I have updated the site republished and cleared cache. Its still there. Let me see if i can get a link for you. this is one all of my $4 cover minder items cause i was originally gonna do a code but had to figure out how to set the discount. Mine the way i had it made every item for free which wasnt happening lol so i deleted the code. A week later it still shows it on the web page

@sinisterkrafts, thank you that information! So just to make sure I have this correct, you are looking to delete the "Buy 4 same price get 1 free" discount, correct? And is it just happening on this one particular item?

Having the same issue for several months now. SMH I keep getting contacted by customers asking why that code isn't working. I have to do all this explaining and its very inconvenient since this code has been expired and it just won't remove. Please help.

I have the same issue too, has this been resolved?. All discounts deleted, but still showing on website, Published and unpublished site, deleted cookie, cache etc
