Same problem here. I did get a response from Square support, but it was totally useless. I can't believe between Square's size and AI tools, this problem hasn't been fixed.
@StefanieCG @WindcrestNC I solved this for myself! Under the Discounts section, click on the discount you created. Scroll down to the "Apply automatic discount" section and make sure only the FIRST option is checked, "Square Point of Sale and other integrations". Ensure the second box for "Square Online sites" is UNCHECKED. This solved the issue for me once I refreshed my store page! Prior to this, both boxes were checked.
