Hello,
We suspect that the feature that allows us to delete line items from orders or even void entire orders is being misused by our employees. We see on a regular basis (almost daily) the "no sale" message in our order summaries and when we question the relevant employees, they can't explain how it occurred. Is there way to prevent this feature from being used without obtaining approval? Has anyone else experienced this? What did you do to solve it?
