Hello, I've switched hosting my website from another provider to Square Online. After the switch, I noticed that links in my Facebook catalogue, which is currently being synced with my Square catalogue, have invalid URL's. How can I fix this without going into all 300+ items?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with Facebook links. Do you mind providing a screenshot of the error message, and also your URL & Facebook link? Thank you!
It appears the system has worked through these and updated url's automatically.
