How to configure checkout process with Square Online

During the checkout process the default fields collected from the customer are: 

• name
• email
• phone number

Is it possible to add additional customer input fields at checkout?

There is an option for Notes - Online, Shared Settings, Checkout, Customer Inputs - Edit.   I believe that about it from what I can find.
