French keyboard support ISSUE

I'm not sure if the square is aware of big problem of the French language support issue.
The French is the second language in Canada and requires 100% support for Canadian transactions. Recently (Last several months) majority of my customers from Quebec can't order on line and pay the automatically calculated shipping because your system convers the address spelled in French into unrecognizable symbols and the FedEx is not able calculate the shipping. As a result the Roll-up rate of $300 comes in. I just afraid that at some point someone will try to sue me or square. Please do something about it ASAP.

Hi there, @Evgueni,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m truly sorry to hear about the issues your customers in Quebec have been experiencing. I completely understand your frustration, especially when it’s affecting your ability to provide a smooth checkout experience and may be impacting your business operations.

Square recognizes the importance of full French language support for Canadian transactions, and we take concerns like this very seriously. In the meantime, if you can share a few specific examples (e.g., customer names, order dates, or screenshots showing the incorrect address formatting or error messages), that would greatly help us in investigating and resolving this issue more quickly.

I have to correct Émilien-Letarte to Emilien-Letarte manually, but the customer is already charged the MAX amount set by the system

looks like the square doesn't care. None of the problems is ever getting fixed here. 5 years banging my head over the wall with 0 results.
