Is there a reasoning why its designed that way? Without "services" orders showing up in the Orders section, where was I supposed to monitor these sales? So far, my workaround for this is to get email notifications and then check "order dashboard". This isn't ideal because it meant staff continues to use a laptop to view orders and screen emails for notificaitons of sales.
Why would it be designed to function so separately when they're ultimately the same thing every step of the way except for a single item category and management of paid orders on my end?
Regardless, i'm trying out the beta feature that was released a month ago and it seems to allow me to turn off the turnaround setting if i were to resume "food" item and hopefully try to bring back all these orders into the fold with the other items. However, after applying the settings, I am now unable to access online site editing, and customers can no longer visit my online store since it now says "404 error". I can't even go back to restore settings to normal. Can you help?
