How to Edit Donation item link display

I have created a donation item and payment link. However, the field displays as a dropdown (payment link) but I would like it to look like Screenshot 2. The dropdown doesn't include the Other I have looked everywhere and I have created this in a basic account and Plus account and the results are the same. What am I doing wrong?   Any help is appreciated.
