Thanks for bringing this up. We aren't able to surface full credit card numbers in reports for privacy and security reasons, but you can view the last four digits and if the payment was manually keyed by exporting your Transactions CSV.
Out of curiosity, can you provide more information on why this report would be helpful for your business? I'd like to share more insight with our Point of Sale team.
