Hey @Servalans!
When you're on your online dashboard (which you can navigate to by going to your Square dashboard and clicking online), you'll see "Website" with a drop down.
Navigate to "Edit Site" and you'll find categories on the left which you can add, edit, change the order of, etc.
When you hover over "Location and hours" you can just delete that section! If you want to put your hours somewhere, you can just use a text box.
