We take online orders for different items, some of those we can only handle 1 per hour but others we can handle many more. Fulfillment only allows you to limit number of pickups in an hour but that is independent off the items. We make custom charcuterie boards which we need 24 hours notice and then we can only handle 1 board per hour, we also accept pickup for other items which we are not restricted by this 1 per hour for customers to select a time slot.
Has anyone run into this issue and how did you resolve it.
