How do i verify my weebly account?

I need to publish my website now ASAP, but It requires my account to be VERIFIED. I tried to verify my account but it sends no code to my phone number- until I couldn't, it says to contact support to verify my account but the support still isn't responding even though I'm really in a hurry!!

Hi @Programyeet.. I'm not sure where you are, but since you posted this around 3:30am ET in the US, I'm not surprised you couldn't get support.  Also, unless you have one of the paid accounts, support is limited to weekdays.  Anyway, I'm going to go through the obvious stuff because you didn't bother to tell us what you had tried, so far.  If I mention things you've already done, apologies but I was forced to guess and I'll no doubt guess wrong.

 

Have you double-checked your phone number on your account for accuracy?

 

Have you checked your junk/spam/unknown numbers filter in your phone?  It might be there until you add Square's text number to the trusted numbers list.

 

If it is neither of those, then you're going to have to wait until you can get on the phone with support.
